• 8-Player Teams
• ​5 Tournament Rounds, 3-Day Event 
• 2 Games Friday at 9am, 2 Games Saturday at 10am, 1 Game Sunday​ at 10am
• 4 hour rounds including pairing time.​
• The 8TC will be using the WTC Format, as well as most WTC Rules and Systems and will be a part of the National Tabletop League. 
• The 8TC will be using NTL Terrain Layouts as described in the event pack below.

The 8TC 2024 Warhammer 40k 8-PLAYER Event will be a 3-day event, held on FEBRUARY 28 -MARCH 2, 2025.​

THE FOLLOWING CUT OFF DATES ARE FIRM AND WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED/CHANGED UNLESS AGREED UPON BY YOUR TEAM CAPTAINS IN THE ATC CAPTAIN'S COUNCIL: 

• Registration for the 8TC Event closes February 16th 2025.
• Event Start Time is 9am Friday March 1st and Event End Time is 3pm Sunday March 3rd
• Army Lists are due by End of Day, February 16th 2025.
• Army Lists MUST be submitted using the GUIDELINES SET FORTH IN THE CAPTAIN'S COUNCIL.  
• No new factions or codexes will be allowed that are released after February 2nd 2025

PRIZES

• AMAZING 8TC Trophies and Prizes will be given to every player on the top 5 teams as well as the Best Overall General.
• Team Spirit Award: Teams will receive this award based on things such as: Matching/Themed Team Shirts or Costumes, Team Banner, Team Chant, Team Sportsmanship, and Team-Wide Painting 

The Captains Council will be held within a Private Discord.  As new Captains Register and PAY they will be added to the Discord.

When a team is registered and paid for, the team captain will be added to a special email list and given access to a discord group that will consist of the other 40k team captains, 8TC judges and Tournament Organizers.  This is where the 8TC staff will present the captains with event updates and most importantly where we will put forth topics for your input and discussion, such as, missions, pairings, event times, penalties, etc.
