• 3 hour rounds plus a minimum of 15 mins pairing time.​

• This event is the final event in the 40k 5-Player events ATC Circuit. PLEASE NOTE that you do not have to have played in any previous circuit events to participate in this event. All teams are welcome, this event is open to everyone. The ATC Circuit is a separate event. A team's standing in the current ATC Circuit will have NO Affect on a team's placing for the overall winner of this event.

The NATC 2024 Warhammer 40k 5-PLAYER Event will be a 3-day event, held on JULY 11-13 2025.​

THE FOLLOWING CUT OFF DATES ARE FIRM AND WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED/CHANGED UNLESS AGREED UPON BY YOUR TEAM CAPTAINS IN THE ATC CAPTAIN'S COUNCIL: 

• Registration for the NATC 40k 5-PLAYER Event is OPEN NOW.
• Army Lists are due by End of Day, TBD
• Army Lists MUST be submitted using the GUIDELINES SET FORTH IN THE CAPTAIN'S COUNCIL.  
• No new factions or codexes will be allowed that are released after TBD
• Unless deemed as necessary by the Captain's Council, no changes will be made to the FAQ or Army Building Guidelines after TBD
• WARHAMMER 40K EVENT TIMES can be found in the event pack below.

The Captains Council will be held within a Private Discord.  As new Captains Register and PAY they will be added to the Discord.

When a team is registered and paid for, the team captain will be added to a special email list and given access to a discord group that will consist of the other 40k team captains, NATC judges and Tournament Organizers.  This is where the NATC staff will present the captains with event updates and most importantly where we will put forth topics for your input and discussion, such as, missions, pairings, event times, penalties, etc.
